CHEXS Family Fun Day and Grow Club competition awards

I spent a lovely sunny afternoon helping to award prizes for the best vegetables from the local primary schools’ Grow Club competition, and also certificates for children who have completed CHEXS self-esteem courses. Many families came to enjoy a day of food and drink, dance displays and fun!

By working with the whole family, CHEXS helps parents build strong, positive relationships and trust with their child and also work with young people through a variety of innovative projects designed to build self-esteem, team-work, problem-solving and tangible skills. Their focus on resilience equips young people to face everyday challenges and achieve their potential for a better future.
