I'm sure many of you will be familiar with the work of Hertfordshire Community Foundation (HCF), but I wanted to particularly draw your attention to their Love Herts Campaign.

Love Herts is a simple way to give where you live, and every penny donated will go towards helping the most vulnerable in our county.
